Attended Remote Control
Gain control of any attended Windows device with the permission of the user.
This provides an attended remote control capability for devices that are not under management by N-central. Using this functionality, you can gain remote control over any Windows device simply by having a user connect to a Web page and complete a form. This is particularly useful for reactive customers, new devices and for service providers who deliver help desk services outside of a fixed managed services contract.
